| Mobile Notary Services: We come to you! Convenient notary services at your home, office, or public location. | $5 per signature + Travel fee*** |
| Remote Online Notary: Available nationwide (for documents that allow RON). Must have a valid government-issued ID & webcam access. | $25 Additional signatures: $5 each |
| Loan Signings: Professional assistance with real estate and loan documents. Mobile service included (up to 20 miles; additional fees apply for longer distances). | $150 flat fee (up to 2 hours) Additional copies or corrections: $25 per extra set. Rush/Last-Minute Loan Signings → +$50 |
| Specialty Notary Services: Certified copies, oath administrations, Wills, and more. | $5 per document + Travel fee*** |

Additional Fees
Travel Fees (Based on Distance):
- Within 10 miles: $25
- 10-20 miles: $40
- 20-30 miles: $55
- Over 30 miles: Custom quote
After-Hours Service Fees:
- Weekdays (Monday – Friday):
6:00 PM – 10:00 PM: Additional $25
10:00 PM – 6:00 AM: Additional $50
- Weekends (Saturday & Sunday):
6:00 AM – 10:00 PM: Additional $30
10:00 PM – 6:00 AM: Additional $60
Holiday Service Fee:
- Additional $60 on top of standard fees
Special Administrative Fees:
- Medical Facility Visits: Additional $45
- Jail/Detention Facility Visits: Additional $60
- Apostille Services (Document Authentication) → $150+ (Varies by state & processing time)
- Certified Copies & Document Prep Assistance → $25+ (Varies by document type)

🔄 Rescheduling & Cancellations:
- If you need to reschedule or cancel, please do so at least 12 hours in advance to avoid additional fees.
- For notary services, the travel fee is non-refundable once booked. If you cancel less than 2 hours before your appointment, the full service fee may still apply.
⏳ Late Arrivals:
- If you are 10 minutes or more late, your appointment may be canceled or rescheduled, and a new booking fee may apply. Please plan accordingly to avoid delays.
